Zhongshan Huamei Industry Co., Ltd. (originally named Zhongshan Xiaolan Hose Manufacturing Factory, which was changed into Zhongshan Huamei Tube Manufacturing Co. Ltd. later) specializes in the production of metal packing tubes and plastic packing tubes. For seventeen years since the establishment, the Huamei People with our upward mobility and down-to-earth attitude have been fighting our way and making continuous progress in the competitive market. The manufacturing has been developing rapidly and has gained our place in the front rank in the same industry with respect to our comprehensive level such as the ability of producing packing tubes, the production scales, the quality of products and advanced techniques and equipments. Currently we have more than 1,200 staffs. With 46 aluminum packing tube production lines, we are able to do the presswork for 4-color design and to process the inner spraying and tail coating, with 16 specifications for diameter series varying from 11 to 38mm. Our products are widely used for the packing of toothpaste, shoeshine, mucilage glue, medicine and hair dye. Besides, we also possess 13 production lines for plastic packing tubes, introduced from Taiwan, Japan and Sweden, which are able to manufacture the metal packing tubes with single-layer, double-layer and 5-layer. These lines can also do the presswork for 6-color design and to process sealing and imprinting, with more than 10 diameter specifications varying from 16 to 60mm. These products are widely used for the packing of ointments and frosts, such as cosmetic, toothpaste, shoeshine, mucilage glue and medicine. In March 2002, we were successfully granted ISO9001 certificate. We apply advanced management tenet to the manufacturing, such as: 5S management, and adopt high-tech equipment for checking the appearance and functionality of the products, so that the proper production process can be guaranteed. We have become one of the rare tube manufacturer in the tube manufacturing industry in China that specialize in the production of aluminum hoses, single-layer plastic tubes, multi-layers plastic tubes and compound aluminum-plastic tubes altogether. Our company are enjoying increasing economies of scale because of the product differentiation such as Meilide toothbrush, Melody toothpaste and Dengqi shoeshine, which make our company more competitive together with hoses manufacturing service.
